Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Online Rakhi, we strive to make celebrating Raksha Bandhan easy and worry-free. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or unsuitable rakhi, our return process is straightforward.

Return Policy Return items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Steps Email support@onlinerakhi.com or message via WhatsApp within 7 days. Keep original packaging, tags, and invoice. Pack securely so the rakhi arrives in its original condition.

If your rakhi is damaged or incorrect, we can arrange pick-up. For other reasons, send returns to: Online Rakhi, H-101, First Floor, Noida Sec 63, Uttar Pradesh, Pin-201301. Notify us by email with your order ID, Waybill Number, and courier details.

Refunds are confirmed within 15 working days after receiving your return.

Cancellations Orders may be canceled before processing. Once shipped, wait for delivery and apply for return within 7 days.

Exchanges Request exchanges within 7 days via email or call +91-9410050306.

Return Conditions Items must be unused and in original condition. Quality check will be done.

Custom Orders Personalized or custom rakhi are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Timing Refunds are processed post quality check. Items failing the check will be sent back without refund. Email confirmation will be shared within 7 days.

Refund Method Refunds are issued as store credits via gift card with unlimited validity.

Return Pick-up Limitations Pick-up is available only for damaged/incorrect items. For other reasons, please send returns to the above address.

Reverse shipping charges of INR 80 per order apply if pick-up is arranged. Store credit will reflect after deducting this amount.
