At Online Rakhi, we strive to make celebrating Raksha Bandhan easy and worry-free. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or unsuitable rakhi, our return process is simple and transparent.
Online Rakhi is a brand and business division operated under CrunchyFashion.com. All orders, returns, refunds, and customer support for Online Rakhi are managed by Crunchy Fashion.
Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Return
- Email us at **info@crunchyfashion.com ** or contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
- Keep the original packaging, tags, and invoice.
- Pack the product securely so it reaches us in its original condition.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect rakhi, we may arrange a return pick-up where service is available.
For returns due to any other reason, please send the package to:

After shipping the return, please email us your Order ID, Waybill Number, and courier details.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 15 working days.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. After delivery, you may request a return within 7 days, subject to this policy.
Exchanges

Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
- All returned items are subject to a quality inspection before approval.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order rakhi products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are received damaged or incorrect.
Refund Approval & Timing
Refunds are processed only after the returned product successfully passes our quality check.
If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, it will be shipped back to you without a refund.
A confirmation email regarding your refund status will be sent within 7 working days after inspection.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued as Store Credit (Gift Card) with unlimited validity, which can be used for future purchases on Online Rakhi.
Return Pick-up
Return pick-up service is available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to service availability.
For all other return requests, customers are required to ship the product to the above return address.
If a reverse pick-up is arranged, a reverse shipping charge of ₹80 per order will be deducted from the refundable amount before store credit is issued.
